Last Friday we had a workshop with our employees, which was prepared and moderated by Roland.
The atmosphere was relaxed and the moderation was very pleasant and entertaining, which promoted open exchange among each other.
Thanks to Roland’s friendly and competent leadership, all topics – from what was going well to possible improvements – were dealt with in a clear and structured manner.
