ROCS has been of great service and helped place me with a position at a great company! Eva has been kind and attentive and has always kept me in the loop when new placements have opened up. Overall, I am very thankful to the ROCS team for all of their help.

WORST STAFFING AGENCY! I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with ROCS Grad Staffing this week. My original interview was scheduled for Tuesday (since Monday was a holiday), but on the day of, I was informed last-minute that the recruiter, Eva, was out sick and the interview had to be rescheduled. I followed up by email to reschedule, but never received a response. I had to take the initiative and call the staffing agency myself, and a different staff member rescheduled my interview for Wednesday morning. On Wednesday, I logged in for the interview only to find there was no meeting. I later received an email informing me that my interview had been rescheduled again—without my consent or even prior notice. At that point, we finally agreed to schedule the interview for Friday (today). I joined the virtual meeting on time but encountered a brief technical glitch that delayed me by about three minutes. I immediately called Eva to inform her that I was waiting to be let in, but instead of allowing a small grace period or acknowledging the issue, she told me she had “other obligations” and rescheduled me yet again—for next week. I’ve been patient and cooperative all week, accommodating multiple last-minute changes on their end. But when a small delay happened due to a technical issue, I was dismissed immediately. That kind of inconsistency and lack of respect for my time says a lot about how this agency operates. I truly don’t understand the positive reviews, because my experience was anything but professional. I believe everything happens for a reason, and based on what I went through, I wouldn’t trust ROCS—especially not Eva—to help me with something as important as my career. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone.

When I applied to ROCS Grad Staffing, my expectations were low because I was sure they already received tons of applications and that I would not get noticed. But to my shock, they got back to me! My recruiters were able to connect me to a perfect job that aligned with my own goals. Communication was consistent; they always kept me updated.
