No idea why the bad reviews. Maybe I just have a great recruiter. As a Canadian, I had to interview tons of agencies to find ones that will work with Canadians but even then, they want you to get your VisaScreen and state license on your own and then to call them. With RNN, the took me on and we’re very welcoming for me as a Canadian, and Dillon really knew his stuff on us! Likewise, I got a really high paying assignment in my state (highest quote of any of the other agencies) and it has been a seamless process start to finish! RNN has been great. There was a minor issue with credentialing but Dillon was right away troubleshooting for me and offered to mitigate it with an advance for a week and it made it doable. Honestly, I don’t know why so many bad reviews. My recruiter is up front about pay and everything. I do not feel at odds with my recruiter but more like he is in my corner and advocating for me. Highly recommend! This agency is also growing more and more accommodating of Canadians and will help cover the costs of such things like initial license and visa stuff. No other agency offered to do this. I even asked about merchandise and my recruiter said they didn’t have any but he would work on it – a couple weeks later, for Christmas, we all got zip ups! So he gets results! He has also never missed my call and replies to texts wicked fast!

I’ve worked with this company for three years, and for the most part, I have been very happy. My recruiter, Kristen, has literally held my hand thru the entire journey, which can be scary if you’ve never traveled. I’m on assignment number-I can’t tell you, but I hope to retire here. The benefits, for me, are great. I have health insurance, dental, vision, a 401K that is matched and I have a say in where I go next. The only complaint I may have is that there are too many cooks in the kitchen. Everyone has an assistant and I feel that so much overhead means less in my checking account.

This review is long over due. This company does not practice what they preach they send you on a paid training to Utah where they try to sell you on the company culture and I have to be honest and say that experience was great, however once you come back you quickly realize that that was a completely different division of the company, different people, different training, different office building, and different culture. If you don’t like cold calling hoping that by some miracle a nurse would be interested in working with you, that after all the bad things she’s heard about your company, you can convince her to work with you for lower pay than the competitors, then this job is not for you. The top recruiters have a steady stream of recurring prospects and get the top picks. Working here was the worst experience of my life, speaking as someone with over 15 years of call center experience and having won multiple awards. My advise is to stay away.
