I was there to take a lift truck test and when I arrived the woman at the front desk told me to sit while she proceeded to sing along with the radio for the next 30 minutes. I attempted to hand her my paperwork about 3-4 times stating what I was there for and every time she told me to sit because she didn’t need to see anything I had. I was the only one in the lobby and she simply refused to attend to me because she said she “was not e-mailed” about me showing up. After 35 minutes I got up and left. Very unprofessional and definitely not interested in helping others.

I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time, energy, and gas to go directly to their office. I never had to deal with such unprofessional, ignorant, & unpleasant people like the women who work here. Before looking for a job for me they did not ask the important questions such as what type of pay are you looking for, what side of town are you willing to work at, what shift would you like, nor what type of job are you looking for. After I got done with the application one of the lady’s found a job for me which I was not very content with. The pay was minimum wage (7.25) for a 3rd shift. Apparently that’s the “only job they had”. Another lady came, she was the rudest out of everyone. I asked her if minimum wage was the only pay they offer and she asked well what type of pay are you looking for. I let her know. She looked at me as if I were stupid & she proceeded to call another woman who works there as well. She told the woman over the phone the type of pay I was looking for & started laughing at me in my face. I did ask for 12/hr because I used to get paid 15/hr (here in el paso) so I thought 12/hr was reasonable & the lowest I would want to go for. These females do not introduce themselves nor have a name tag and now I know why. Poor customer service. Would’ve spoken with a manager but it would of probably been a waste of time as well. So I’m leaving a review so people dont have to come here & be disrespected & get talked down to, when all they are trying to do is find a job.

I went to orientation and training I got told by the hr manger (Claudia) and her assistant I was going to be there 4 hours and that I was going to be payed for the time I was there I finished the training videos early and assistant (Michelle ) told me I was to fast mind you I have no control of how fast the videos run‭. They have a bad Attitude and they are very rude! What a waste of time even trying to work with this temp agency don’t even bother going here they are a joke they can’t even pay you for time they said they are going to pay you for. All I got was a run around and was never replied to they lost my paper work which had all my private information and I was never reached out to until I called them can’t even get ahold of an area manger or a district manger!
