I like the clinic and the people but having NO Spanish experience it hard for me to understand the broken English! I have to ask time and time again “what did you say?” It gets frustrating and confusing! Also they had a nurse practitioner there who was very rude and don’t know how he even became a Dr because his bed side manner sucked! Thank God he is not there anymore….

My parents recently changed medical group due to new medical insurance and this office has made us feel at home. From the doctors to the office employees, especially Franco. Sweet person, very courteous and compassionate. I am super satisfied to have found them. They are the best.

Dr Hilda Cruz is the best doctor I have seen for a primary care physician in an eon. I have speech aphasia since I had a stroke 3 years ago and she has this taken the time to listen to me with others cut you off short. I sincerely appreciate it I have no words to describe the staff and the nurses at IMA Medical Group they are the greatest, I only go to the Oviedo location because they get the job done.
