Great company to drive for. Family owned business that actually has a heart and cares about their drivers. They actually call you by name and not a number. The equipment is properly maintained and repairs if needed are done immediately. I’ve been a driver for years and had actually retired. I decided to return to the industry out boredom. RLT is my hometown carrier and it’s a prefect fit..get home when needed and actually able to sleep in my own bed a few nights a week. My house is right in our lane..my own shower, laundry, bed..my private truck stop and resort..lol.
