Applied to Riverside Personnel Services after graduating from college. The process went smooth and after my time as a temp, I got my first full time job post grad. Staff was communicative, quick to respond, and easy to work with. Highly recommend if you are looking to gain experience and see if the field of work is for you or not.

Riverside Personnel Services is definitely the best employment agency I have ever worked with! From my initial appointment to after they found me a job, they have been so easy to work with. They always answer when I call and respond to my emails very quickly. And if who I need to talk to isn’t available at that moment, I always receive a call back either by the end of that same day, or first thing the next morning. They were able to find me a position in less than a month, and in the field that I really wanted too! Thank you RPS!!

I first found Riverside Personnel about a year ago through Zip Recruiter. I submitted my application by email (as stated on RPS’s website) and waited for two weeks until I decided to call. The receptionist Nicole said she remembered my application but hadn’t had a chance to call me yet so she set up a time for me to come in and interview. I first did the testing and then I met with Catina where she asked me what I was looking for in a job. I explained to her and she said she thought she had the perfect place for me and I could interview with them in about two weeks. I ended up getting the job and am still here almost a year later (and I couldn’t be happier)! The best part about RPS to me was Catina. She made sure when I was offered the job that it was what I wanted and kept in great contact throughout the whole process. She even called and emailed me a couple times after I started at my new job to make sure I was happy and everything was going okay. She truly does care and I will always be grateful to her for helping me get a job that I love!
