Interesting installation. The installer was very friendly and knowledgeable, pleasant to work with. But the amount of manual digging they have the installers attempt is quite insane. Bad company policy, good employee. Providing some more power tools would save so much time for installers.
In addition, there seems to be a huge disconnect internally. Sales seems to think installation windows are 2 hours. The actually scheduling window appears to be 4 or 5 hours. My actual installation (not the installation window) spanned the whole day, 9-5.
And while we are at it, get some logos on your employee vehicles. What’s that unmarked vehicle out front?
Time will be needed to determine the dependability of the service… But it seems worth trying, and I hope it pays off.

great experience so far with Ripple Fiber. commercial and technical support before sale were good not to say very good. the in home installation was professional and efficient. skilled and very serviceable technician, thanks to James. we have the 500mbps plan, what is enough for our usage. the speed is there and fully stable since a week it’s on. latency is low too and I almost don’t notice it. it’s night and day compare spectrum in all aspect.

Our installer was the best! So respectful, took his time and made sure everything was done correctly. So far so good, day 1 with Ripple Fiber.
