It’s been a pleasure for me to be working with David and Ripple for almost a year as a software engineering contractor. He is really good at bridging the communication between the client and contractors and Identifying potential problems before becoming issues for both sides. The project that he found for me is an exciting scientific project and we may even help scientists find the vaccine for covid. The client speaks highly of him and I have recently started working with another engineering contractor, also introduced by Ripple after I had started working on the project. I really recommend him to anyone I know.

I’ve been running Chaptr, a boutique web design agency, for 8 years now and have always struggled with recruitment; I’ve had an inherent dislike of the industry and the shady practices they employ to try and win you as a client. I’d even post ‘No recruitment agencies, please.” on every job post we released. I wanted none of it! And then I started working with Ripple Recruitment this year and all that changed. They are personable, reliable, friendly, and best of all cost is not a barrier to working with them because they spread their fees across a 12 month period. They also helped us find our must successful web developer yet! I recommend them to pretty much anyone a I talk to now. An easy 5 stars.

I have worked with many, many recruiters in my time, but Ripple Recruit has provided me with the best service by far. Recently I was looking for a new position and Ripple Recruit provided me with the most friendly, reliable, and professional service. They were very happy to give straight answers all of my questions and concerns, and even gave me some great advice on how to approach some tricky and unusual professional circumstances. They found a vacancy which was well suited to my personality and skill set, helped me with interview preparation for the role, advised me on contract and package negotiation with the company, and before I knew it there was a written contract on my desk waiting for me to sign!
Overall, a great experience and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. When it is time for me to go hunting for my next professional opportunity, I won’t bother uploading my CV to so many websites, just to receive hundreds of calls about obviously unsuitable roles from recruiters who lack knowledge in the areas that they are recruiting for, and are not understanding of (or maybe just don’t care) what I want from my next role. I will be in touch with Ripple Recruit directly, and save myself a boatload of hassle.
