I’ve worked with Right Recruiting as a HR Manager with two various companies. Right Recruiting is not your typical recruiting company. Both Cathy and Jeff take the time to understand the culture of the company, the business needs, and the nuances needed for an individual to be successful. Right Recruiting isn’t shy about providing candid feedback on candidates, where we may be able to improve our process, and insight to best practices they have seen. They aren’t just about making the placement, rather making sure it is the right fit for all involved. High level of integrity and ability to find qualifies passive candidates – highly recommend.

I’ve worked with Jeff and his team at Right Recruiting on several Executive level searches and have only had good experiences with positive results. They take the time to really understand the needs and culture of your organization. For each search conducted, they have presented a list of highly qualified pre-screened candidates, and have always been open to post-interview feedback on the direction of the search.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to fill critical positions.
