When my hot water heater went out the guys sent out a repairman the next day and had it replaced. The repairman was on time and cleaned up his mess. I have had to clean up messes from repairmen before but I didn’t need to this time. He had everything done and cleaned up within a few hours. I was impressed with how fast he got it done. I will be calling Dri Right again if I need something else done. They are very professional and proficient. Thank you again for getting this done so quickly.

My families house burned recently leaving us without a home. Insurance company recommended this company and i wish they had not. This company purchased inexpensive tarps to cover the holes burned in the roof. Tarps blew off right away and we had severe rain for weeks causing $15000 more damage to home. They had family members working together that got into an argument and broke windows out of the bedroom which they never replaced. They cleaned out the house pulled out all the sheetrock sinks appliances and bath tubs took all electronics to clean and did not return personal computer with personal info on it. We had to fire this company because they were doing more damage than repair. And upon firing them they billed us $51000. They charged $2500 for tarp to cover a 1000 sq ft home and the tarpswere off during down pours. They charged $36000 for interior demolition and never even got permits. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Now i have to find a new contractor and start over and this company wants 1/3 of what theinsurance gave me to repair the house and now there is more damage than before
