As a Wake Forest Basketball season ticket holder I do not think very highly of this agency. Their employees are rude and when I asked one of them to please not block my view during the first half of the game on 1/25 he shrugged me off. I had to go find a university employee (im asuming) and he was very helpful when he found out that the “green shirt” was my problem. Later in the game when we needed a green shirt to keep fans from congregating in the same area he was no where to be found. I have been to nearly every mens home game this season and I am yet to have a positive interaction with anyone in a Green shirt. If Wake Forest truly wants to have the best fan experience in NC they will find an agency that trains their people in customer service. That’s what creates the experience beyond the amazing arena and best ever that I’ve seen WF student section. Last night was a bad look for a sell out crowd. PS: they’re not great at the dash stadium either. .

My mom and I attended an event, and as my mom has chronic pain, she had a bad attack at the event. Upon seeing my mom – and being made aware of the situation – three very kind security guards (Mark, Mark Jr., and Jaylen) went above and beyond and took every possible measure to help my mom. They gave her ice (which she regularly uses to combat pain), and were very concerned in asking if she needed anything. They also let me out (and back into) the arena twice from a side exit that was much easier to access so that I could go to the car and get her medication for her. All three of these gentlemen were exceptionally kind, caring and concerned with her well-being, and they singlehandedly helped ease not only my mom’s pain and stress, but my own stress, anxiety worry as a son who loves his mom deeply. We could not have asked for better people to have around us, as employees, and we will not forget Mark, Mark Jr., or Jaylen for everything they did for us. It was important to me to leave this review as I do not want their kindness and assistance to go unacknowledged.

This is a great company to work for. If you enjoy being a part of a exciting growing company that believes in providing unsurpassed customer service to your customer then this event staff company is for you. The management team are great to work for and understand if you have a full time job and doesn’t hold it against you for not being able to work every event. Football season starts soon so if you have the time I’m sure they could use you.
