These people are incompetent. The whole application process was a mess. Wasn’t told my application was approved, didn’t tell me I had an induction and called me to get there within 10mins, so because of their fault it got pushed back by another week and I needed to start work asap. They stuffed around my referees’ contacts, so much that they complained to me later. Told me there were plenty of working hours when there are none. Didn’t tell me of a compulsory meeting was to be held until 30mins before. Lied about sending me emails. Agent tells you one thing, reception tells you another. This is by far, the worst agency I’ve ever worked for. You think recruiting would be their bread and butter, think again. Do yourself a favour don’t work for these guys. Go to another agency.

A shame. Took WEEKS just to have a zoom interview because the interviewer was sick…fun fact: I was living literally in the same city🫣😡And after we finally had it…I had to chase them up for months just to end up on a waiting list, AND NO FURTHER INFORMATION. In the end I found out on Indeed another ad of them searching people for the role I was waiting for months. To sum up: if you’re a backpackers looking for a transparent, honest, that take care of you and your time agents, they’re gonna just politely waste your time. But Aye! If you’re looking for useless small-talk, pointless waiting time seasoned with hopeful lies…Aye! You’re in the right place! P.S. : I’m sooo sorry if Sienna Potter (chance are high, she’s stil there🤷🏻‍♂️) got u through this experience. I’ll not mention any other company of the zone coz I want to keep this feedback as professional as possible, but there are some.

Just started with Rexco (2 weeks), first week had to chase them up just to get paid because my time sheet wasn’t process and then paid wrong amount, sent email and no response. Second week got no pay at all even when told that it would be processed Friday afternoon. May have to go to Fair Work to give them a swift kick of reality! Its a pity because I’m sure that there are some people there who are working hard to make sure that the workers are looked after.
