Extremely Disappointing Experience — Run Dont Walk from this place a property with this many 1 star revies should be under new managment its a mess (read all the 1star reviews they all state being over charged for move out statments) never been so gaslited in my entire life in just one phone call. Pilliar pdomise more like pilliar of disappointments and lies [false advertisment] My experience at this property has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from the beginning. As someone who works in property management myself, I was shocked by the lack of accountability, poor communication, and disregard for Fair Housing guidelines and unprofessionalism. They will cahrge you for items that you never even had nor were made aware of upon move in or ever even had! So they don’t have to take responsibility for not setting us up for Success during our original move-in and One major example was the motorized blinds in home 101. Despite multiple emails over the course of 10 months, it wasn’t until nearly a full year later that we were finally given a remote — which maintenance couldn’t even figure out how to connect. The blinds never worked, and staff seemed unaware of how the system was supposed to function and made no mention of this modem Now, as we are moved out, management is suddenly trying to charge us for some sort of motor or modem associated with the blinds — something we were never told about, were never trained on, and that maintenance themselves didnt even know existed and was never labeled on the condition of premises form. It’s deeply frustrating that they are now claiming this equipment was functioning from the start, when nothing in our experience supports that — and their own team didn’t even seem to know it existed until all of a sudden when we moved out To make matters worse, like everything else on the move-in inspection form, there was no section or checkbox for any motor or control panel for the blinds. Yet the front office is now telling us we should have listed it — even though it was never mentioned, never shown, and never discussed during move-in. Chris, who conducted our walkthrough, made no mention of this equipment at all. And now they’re trying to charge us for equipment that they said was working and fully functioning even though it never has functions since we moved in now they’re just trying to charge us an allocated accounts based off he say she say and cannot and will not provide us anything in writing stating that Customer service over the phone has also been disappointing. On more than one occasion, when staff didn’t know the answer to a question, I was told I was being “upset” and that they would only continue the conversation via email — which felt more like avoiding accountability than trying to resolve an issue. At this point, I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this community. I’ve never encountered such a lack of professionalism, transparency, or care for residents. It’s been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had.

It’s my second year of living here and I must say that the current staff is doing a fantastic job of keeping the entire building clean and safe for all residents. Michael is hardworking, kind, and professional. Yes, the parking is expensive ($250.00… should be about $150.00 IMO), and the rent is not cheap. But you get for what you pay for TBH. My husband and I enjoy amenities, especially the rooftop, with our friends and neighbors. This place is also family and pet friendly. Most of the tenants I’ve encountered are kind and respectful.

Do not live here. They will illegally take more of their security deposit than is allowed by law. Also they no showed on 2 move out appointments which shows they don’t care. I lived in this building for 5-6 years and I’m having to take them to small claims court to get the amount of my security deposit I am owed.
