IT’S THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH
I applied for a job that was posted on Indeed.
I called and was told that the job was still available.
I came in and filled out all of their paperwork, only to be told that the job was no longer available and was offered some other job that had nothing to do with what I came in there for.
In response to the reply to my review:
You are stating that I was angry. Based on your emotional, and unprofessional response, it appears that you are the one who is angry.
I apologize if me giving an accurate account of my experience is upsetting to you. But you could take it as a learning experience, which would allow you to grow professionally, as apposed to having an overly emotional response and lashing out. Its just something to consider.
I have no reason to be untruthful.
There was a bartender job posted on Indeed.
I was told by the young man that I spoke with that the position had already been filled when I sat with him at his desk.
Based on my resume, he asked if I would be interested in a management position for the same company.
I was not interested in that position.
I was only interested in the bartender position that I called about, and was told was still available.
The gentleman then offered me a manufacturing job, I believe.
I had no interest in going into another field, that I have no experience doing.
Based on your responses, you seem to be doing a lot of projecting and making erroneous assumptions about my emotional state and motivations.
I think you could help yourself my doing a bit of self-examination, and learn how to handle things professionally. There are other options to address someone who had a bad experience with your company, other than attacking them, and making false statements in order to save face.
Honestly, the complete and total lack of grace with which you have addressed this matter just makes you look bad.
I wish you growth and maturity. And I believe if you make the effort you can achieve it.
Many blessings upon you.
