The place seemed unprofessional so far. The woman who answered the phone was rude and uninformed. I asked her if there were any job positions available because my online search didn’t yield any results. I then requested her assistance in conducting a search, which she did. She informed me there was only one job position. Surprised, I politely asked if she was sure there was only one, mentioning that it seemed unusual. Suddenly, she responded with, “Well, you can call another company if you don’t like it,” and hung up on me. It was quite an unpleasant experience.

In order to efficiently assess the relevance of a job opening the following information is needed, at minimum: job title, location, posted salary, and a comprehensive description of the work as described by the client/employer. 👎 The recruiter contacted me about a position when the deadline for resume submission was near. I cannot (and will not) accommodate last-minute requests due to someone else’s poor time management. It is very unprofessional and an indicator of how the rest of the agency works. 👍 The recruiter who contacted me seemed to have good communication skills during all points of contact.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Hands down the worst recruiting agency around. During the process the representative that I was originally working with resigned after scheduling my first interview. Then I was assigned to Emily L. Who is not professional, doesn’t take her job serious, and never replies to emails. I made it through three rounds of interviews with a client. After each interview it took this rep weeks to reply back to let me know if I made it to the next round or not. I understand trying to balance a heavy workload and maintaining client relations. However, there is no excuse for lack of responses. What frustrates me the most wasn’t about getting the job. I wanted to make my references aware if I needed to use them again for other opportunities. Three months has passed and it took me cc’ing the entire management on an email chain to get a reply back from the rep. Just plain out lazy and unprofessional. Thanks again Frontline Source Group.
