Greatly appreciate Respitech’s ability to serve my Wife and ordered the proper medical device that she needed. Other medical suppliers only saw problems where Respitech provided solutions. Sandra, their Respiratory Director did a great job ordering the proper device. She offered on site technical training and help to administer medical relief. Kim in the office provided paperwork and tracking on the device so we knew to prepare for it’s arrival. The device is working great as designed. I will be buying ALL of our respiratory needs from them. They make it easy to deal with medical supplies.

Had a bit of a problem getting them to take me as a customer, as I had to call 5 times over 2 months to get them to process my information. However Chuck & the staff at Respitech since then have been outstanding and great to work with.
Update… Chuck is outstanding. However their front office staff and communication is below dreadful. I called numerous times to have a situation resolved, then had customer service rep Jenn lie to me. If you are looking for medical supplies I highly suggest looking elsewhere that has better customer service.

As far as Medical DME companies are concerned, I’ve not seen much better. Chuck is fabulous and help me through both with Phillips recall and a later failure (due to my stupidity) of the replacement machine. My only wish is that they would provide more than one month’s supply, like my old company in Memphis.
To all of those complaining about rudeness, I’ve never experienced it. How are you triggering them?
To all complaining about cash vs. insurance prices, that is how all medical billing is. Complain to your congressman who voted in the ACA. The medical lobby made it that way so that companies, if they desire, can write off the difference of what they charge the insurance company and what they receive as a loss. Respitech is totally within the law.
