Natasha Lee from Resourceful Recruitment was recently the intermediary between my job-seeking self and my now employer. The key thing that impressed me the most was how she intuitively saw that I fit the company and role she offered perfectly, even though we’d never spoken and I had a “quirky” CV. Through a friend, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to the team at Resourceful when I was made redundant from Goonyella in early 2020 due to COVID-19. When I lost my job, I found myself in my deepest moment of panic. Lucky for me, Natasha Lee and the team at RR found me a position locally in Brisbane within the first 3 weeks of being jobless. I am not a high-income-earner, so I know Resourceful weren’t serving me for the money they could make from me, although I count my lucky stars for allowing me to stumble upon this particular recruitment company. I have not had great experiences with recruiters, but RR saved me and my family in what seemed like our darkest hour. Thank you Natasha and the rest of the wonderul team at Resourceful!
