I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this HOA company. I have been calling all week. No one answers. No one calls back. The voicemail greeting informs callers to call a different number, or this other number, or even text this third number. I did all of those things, but no one has gotten back to me.
Because of COVID, they conveniently are “appointment only” during the hours of 9am-4pm Monday through Friday, so I would have to take time off work to go over there. At this point, it would almost be worth it- of course, I cannot get in touch with anyone to set up an appointment.
I am in need of their assistance because I moved out of my last home December 5th. I was then charged an HOA fee late December. I thought, “OK. I guess I technically did live there during the month of December,” but then I was charged again for the month of January. I would like a refund and to be taken off the list of people to charge the monthly HOA fee to since I have not lived there for nearly 8 weeks.
Look at all the 1-star reviews. Terrible experience dealing with this place. If this review doesn’t get someone’s attention, it’ll be on to the BBB next.
