I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this HOA company. I have been calling all week. No one answers. No one calls back. The voicemail greeting informs callers to call a different number, or this other number, or even text this third number. I did all of those things, but no one has gotten back to me. Because of COVID, they conveniently are “appointment only” during the hours of 9am-4pm Monday through Friday, so I would have to take time off work to go over there. At this point, it would almost be worth it- of course, I cannot get in touch with anyone to set up an appointment. I am in need of their assistance because I moved out of my last home December 5th. I was then charged an HOA fee late December. I thought, “OK. I guess I technically did live there during the month of December,” but then I was charged again for the month of January. I would like a refund and to be taken off the list of people to charge the monthly HOA fee to since I have not lived there for nearly 8 weeks. Look at all the 1-star reviews. Terrible experience dealing with this place. If this review doesn’t get someone’s attention, it’ll be on to the BBB next.

During the summer I called and had a question about CTL. They never returned my call. Eventually when I had to schedule an appointment to get a fob for the pool area I asked again and got a vague response. The topic was Covid-19 and whether anyone that had been in the pool house had become sick. I never got a reply. Now the lawn service has completely quit mowing one side of my backyard. I called and as usual, no one answers the phone. I did get a call back, 24 hours later. Today I’m trying to call and all I get is beeping when no one answers the phone. No instructions to leave a message. I live in Charles Towne Landing. You should have the address on file. Since I can’t reach anyone, someone needs to drive over here and look at my backyard and work it out with the lawn service. My HOA fees increase, but I certainly don’t get any service from Realty Resources and the lawn service is not doing their job either.

Poor everything. Well actually they would need to make significant improvement to get to poor. HOA fees are significant. I think an investigation is needed to follow where the money is going because it is certainly not into the facilities.
