After a job search provided limited results, I hired Adam and Requisite Talent Partners to represent me as reverse recruiters. The task was simple: help market me to potential employers for opportunities not necessarily visible to job seekers, get me in front of hiring managers and help me bypass AI submission applications. Adam spent a great amount of time getting to know me and my career goals, building a marketing profile along the way. After reviewing my LinkedIn page and resume, he provided some edits that refined key talking points and we were off. Within 3 business days of initial engagement, I was already connected to a variety of hiring managers resulting in a job offer within 11 business days. Adam and the team helped me rediscover my confidence and expand my horizons. So impressed, I have referred several personal friends and plan to stay engaged in other capacities. They are for real. Deliver results. Don’t hesitate to work with them.

I would leave 6 stars if I could! As a recent college graduate, I was unsure of how the job application and interviewing process was going to go. I applied to a job through RTP and had an awesome experience with Adam. He helped me through the interview process and connected me to the best company. Adam continued to follow up with me as my onboarding began and remains a great resource.

Highly unprofessional. I sent a job application and received an email from Adam requesting for an interview using a provided link. For some reason, every time of the day (9am to 5pm) was available, which I thought was off but proceeded anyways. On the day of the interview, I waited on the call for 7 minutes before I received an email to reschedule, which is completely fine. I understand things can pop up last minute so no biggie. I just used the link provided to reschedule the interview again and emailed Adam about the change and told him the exact day and time of the interview. Note: I received confirmation emails for both of the scheduled calls. However, on the day of the rescheduled interview, I received another email asking to reschedule. So, instead of repeating this whole process over again, I emailed Adam directly to ask when he is available to talk. No response after a few hours so I sent him a message on LinkedIn. He read my message and left me on read. What a joke.
