I had started an assignment for RemX December of 2024. January 12 2025 which is a Saturday I was told I was being let go. I was told it had to be in transit by that Wednesday or they’ll take my last check. They sent instructions on how to send the equipment back. I let them know that it will have to be picked up instead. They sent me a return label with the wrong name and address, I reached out to someone about it. They responded days later saying oh it was the wrong person disregard. I had already sent the equipment back, so I was out of a job due to an error. An error that they failed to correct. I reached out to several people with no response. Weeks later I kept getting email harassing me about that equipment. This was the worse experience I ever had to deal with working for a company.

Today was my first experience with anyone from Rem X, and Anne Rivera-Elliott made it a very pleasant and simple interaction. If every delivery manager is as friendly , clear, and concise as Anne then I know Rem X is definitely going to be at the top of my list for recruitment companies here on out!

I would not recommend to work with this staffing agency. They are not transparent when it comes to letting you go or terminating you on the assignment. I worked with Nations Benefits (Do Not Recommend Either) hired by RemX, after filing a complaint with the supervisor over at nations benefits, I was told that the agency needed to discuss something with me before returning to work. I contacted the agency and they did not respond right away so I had to wait about 3 days for them to contact me and then they said I was terminated for call avoidance on behalf on nations benefits. I had a 97% rating meaning quality assurance sure thought I was doing something right. I guess when you call people out for them not doing their jobs correctly, you are terminated for being outspoken and not staying quiet. Either way the company was not a great place to work at due to no work life balance and you are told you will have a team of people ready to assist you while on calls and that is DEFENITLY not the case. BEWARE stay away or find out for yourself…..
