Before the surgery, they treat you very well—their marketers call you, providing perfect answers to every question you have. However, once the surgery is done and you return to your country, things change. As your wounds heal, you start realizing the extent of the damage they have caused. When you reach out to them, they are no longer respectful, and after a second attempt, they stop responding altogether. I went to this clinic for a hair transplant at the back of my head. They extracted 2,200 grafts from my donor area, severely depleting it. After a year, not a single hair has grown in the recipient area, and my donor area looks terrible—even when my hair is long.

Absolutely horrible experience. Their customer service is great until they get your business but after that they won’t reply to your messages on time, sometime for weeks. I had a hair transplant done at this place in December of 2023. A lady came into the room, took a look at me for less than a minute and decided I needed to get 4000 grafts. I was surprised how quick she made that decision. After the operation, they made me buy their shampoo and other stuff to maintain the transplanted hair for almost 400 dollars. They also gave me a certificate which guaranteed a free repeat operation if the hair fell or didn’t grow back. I was not completely satisfied with the outcome and asked them to honor the offer the certificate gives. They said to wait for one year which I did but after that they would not reply my WhatsApp messages for weeks or their replies were meaningless. Today I spoke to one of the post-op customer guys who is horrible at his job. I showed him my hair and told him it was not complete and I wanted to take advantage of the certificate but he refused to honor it. I told him I would write a review on Google and social media and he said that I could do whatever I want. This place is not interested in maintaining their reputation, if they have any. Do not fall for their certificate because it means NOTHING!
