You can’t get in touch with them. They don’t answer their phones and people don’t know where to go. Middlesex County very bad service. They don’t return phone calls. They’re too busy. They need more employees to help our people and everything is so far if you don’t drive if you can’t get there! Very bad system Jersey is gonna get together with the people

First they took about a month to accept maternity leave. Then they only pay you for 4 days. Then you have to wait another 2 weeks for a payment which in their system says the money will be in on a Thursday, but really you have to wait until the following week on a Tuesday to access your money. This is ridiculous especially when you have a family to support and mortgage to pay. It never took this long to get paid before. Unbelievable!!

Although the website states the office is open, it is not! The security guard said offices may open around August 10th, 2020.
After three days of calling, I finally spoke with a friendly informative representative.
Update 9/1: It took a little over a month for my claim to process. There’s really no reason to call because once you listen to the prompt and press zero to speak to a rep., the line disconnects.
I know it’s discouraging when no one answers the phone and you have bills and little ones to feed but be patient and stay encouraged.
