The staff is nice , the only reason for 1 star is because they were supposedly getting me lined up for a job , and it just never happen. I went in and made sure I filled out and did everything they required of me. They told me I would hear from them “next week” .. I never heard from them. I called twice the following week and was told that they’re waiting for my background check. And I never heard back from them after that. So they really just wasted my time but like I said they have friendly staff just not reliable for a job I guess.

Horrible service. I applied for a second shift job, went through training, passed certification test, and then was told that they were refusing to certify me for the job and would not provide me official documentation stating why. Then claimed i was being unprofessional for calling them out on it.

Ever since I’ve been in US, Remedy have been the best of all I’ve had experience with, and Sara Hill have been the nicest person have met in Remedy,, she’s very good in relating with people and she’s so calm that she would explain what you don’t understand to you better.
