Went in to get a job couple months ago. Was out on a waiting list and was told it would take two weeks. Month later they still haven’t heard anything and it was impossible to get ANYONE on the phone. Finally after a month and a half I got someone. They said they haven’t put anyone on at the original job but they found me another. Due to Christmas with my son I couldn’t start till new years. That’s an additional 2 weeks but this time on my end. 2 days before I am supposed to start I get a call saying they took back my job offer due to my background. I have one felony. For an issue 5-6 years ago. They claimed they just got my background back but I applied with them months prior and was upfront about my background as I always am so I don’t waste their time nor mine they told me I lied about it and have blocked me from any job they have. Temp services are for people who have a background and can’t find a decent job. If I didn’t have a record I wouldn’t be going through them. 0/100 don’t apply if you have a record and trying to change your life around. This place is the definition of judging by a piece of paper. They absolutely loved me face to face and couldn’t wait to get me to work. Do not waste your time. Find a place that is willing to take a chance on you wanting to change your life around. Grace is superb! She truly wants to help you find a job that is a great fit for you! She has great people skills and makes you feel totally comfortable asking her anything about the assignment. She is a true asset to Remedy Staffing and I enjoy speaking to her each and every time I need anything. You can sure tell she cares and really enjoys her job! The world sure needs more people like Grace!

Yes, the people are nice and most of the time friendly. I applied for a job and heard nothing from two weeks. I called and called remedy staffing with no update. And then I called directly to the place where I applied to which understandably I’m not supposed to do.they got upset with me and told me to trust the process even though I have been relying on them to keep open and honest communication with me when it comes to my second job, something that they have fallen through on and are not able to uphold. And then they stopped returning my text altogether, so I’m not real happy about how dishonest and deceiving the staff are.
