The service technician was good. He identified the problem and explained next steps and costs.
1 star because I was told the part was on order and would be here in 2 days for installation (Payment was taken in advance). Upon follow up I’m now told it could be another week before the part arrives and will be installed (and no way for me to track it). No hot water for another week but Reliance has my $$…

My experience of fixing my AC with Jet from Reliance was great. First, the appointment was set ASAP for 1st of July ( despite of a long weekend) . He came when he supposed to come ( at 1PM although he could have come between 1and 6PM) and then instead of selling us a new unit for thousands of dollars he fixed it for few hundred bucks! Thank Reliance and thank you Jet for your service!

Ahmed is truly the best plumber I’ve come across! He made the entire installation process so smooth and efficient, saving me a lot of cost without unnecessary drilling. His expertise and problem-solving skills ensured everything was done perfectly while keeping customer satisfaction as his top priority.
