If you want to work they have work but some there clients have crazy shifts and crazy OT to where you got to watch and write what you worked or you get screwed on your check. Also it’s good to have a budget because occasionally you won’t get your check on Fridays because some there incompetent supervisors dont bring the checks to certain factory’s like they promise or they would miss and they would even get mad at employees that went during lunch in there car to swing by to get there check and they would refuse to give them there check and say get back to job site don’t worry we will bring check to job site and occasionally they won’t and you gotta get get it monday other then that good company

This agency really lacks integrity and the. lacks consideration for their employees’ time. Coming from meetings with Crystal, this lady will schedule you for an interview only to ask you to reschedule. Forget about letting you know ahead or committing to her employees’, she will only flake on you a third time and again. I had to say enough after and had voiced that she was being inconsiderate of my time and gas (as I am driving often to other interviews). Location’s inconvenient and her clients are the worst. After giving her a second chance despite her lack of punctuality and consideration of my time having told her before that it’s really tight, she sends me to a client an employer who turns an interview into a two hour long session of training and they did not stop until I had asked to stop. I voiced my concern to Crystal and let her know that the training was uncalled for when the start date was different but I wanted to request compensation for at least an hour and a half of it. she talks to me like I messed up and then asks is it really worth going through all this for just an hour and a half? I exclaimed yes of course it’s my time and my time if I’m working is not to be left unpaid. She retracts her statement and then attempts to go as if she had no fault in this which is understandable. I would place it on the employer/client but I asked her to at least communicate with the employer/client for my compensation. The way she talked to me then was really condescending as if she wasn’t going to try all that much to get me my hour and a half worth of work pay.

I disagree with many of you. Agency work is not easy and these people cannot please everyone. Maybe you had a need to work but they didn’t have work at the time. doesn’t make them bad. I been a temp and I see temps walk away from jobs and then they write a negative review because agency doesn’t want to help them. If you believe in KARMA, writing negative review is not nice. The Manager I think his name is Jose always alert & helpful. His team is good and I give them 5 stars.
