To: RGC Customer Service and Marketing.
My name is Bob Morrill and I am the end user of an RGC lift. When we put our lift in the water this year, the control box did not working properly.
I contacted RGC directly and was pleasantly surprised at their willingness to assist me. Most manufactures send you back to a dealer to resolve. A dealer was not local to my area.
Ann Marie Goodlander, listened to my dilemma, said she would talk to engineering and get back to me. She called me shortly thereafter with a recommendation to fix my issue. I made the purchase and within 3 days had the parts delivered. Had a minor issue during installation of the new control box. Engineering called me back within an hour with the fix. Very seldom have I experienced such OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

What the hell…
I ordered an fs20 flush cut.. the worst equipment quality I’ve ever seen in my life…
It’s litterly a drunk person who has built it. Nothing lines up, and the welding job was done by an unprofessional welder that left all the welding dust and just spray painted all of it. There are pictures.
The handle had to go through several modifications to fit the say as again the drunk unprofessional person did not take anything into consideration.
After showing this to my retailer, even thay are speechless of the quality.
After all this headache, I finally got the saw up and running after 1 week or running around and wasting money.
The saw spins the wrong way, and after 1h of operation, the saw blows a main seal and wastes over 35 liters of hydraulic oli, another bill.
I will never ever recommend this company to anyone or any other products they sell. I wish I never dealt with RGC. DRAGON SAWS HAS THE SAME SAW I WISH I GOT THEIRS.

This is what an inspected product looks like from RGC. This company have put a hole in my economy due to poor equipment and extremely poor customer service. 2 saws in 2 weeks and both are so unsafe that it will cut your legs of or cause death SEE THE VIDEO.
THIS IS THE SECONS SAW THEY SEND ME OUT.
PEOPLE WANT TO STATE AMARICAN PRODUCT IS BETTER THAN CHINA THIS VIDEO WILL SHOW.
IVE LOST 30K$$$ OF BUSSINES BEACUSE I DECIDED BUYIMG FROM RGC
