Sam is the best ever recruiter I have ever met! We started the conversation on LinkedIn, and there were other recruiters contacting me as well. But none of them like Sam who can identify my potential under my quite personality. Along the process, he guided me to present the best of my capability and experience to match the hiring company requirement. He follows up with me on every step (interviews, site visit [when I flew in, lunch, the end of visit day and flew back home], medical, contract, relocation, induction, first day, first week, first month and helped me deal with my previous company. As a recruiter, he knows what exactly the hiring company wants, and match them with the job seekers profile.
