I am writing to Red Snapper Recruitment to thank them for giving me the chance to serve as a Case Manager for HMPPS. I hesitated at first as I had to change my agency. However, the Red Snapper staff was tremendously encouraging and supportive throughout the process. They took the time to speed up the transfer process and advised good umbrella companies to join.
I have been a case manager for HMPPS for more than 2 years with Red Snapper recruitment, and I adore my job. I’ve just moved into a permanent role after being with Red Snapper for 14 months or so.
From the moment I expressed my interest in a position, they have been great. Especially my account manager Joe who has been friendly, efficient and very helpful. He was able to get me a short term role whilst waiting for my main contract to start and since then has always been available to help with any queries.
I would recommend and use again in the future.
