I am currently a corporate trainer here at Red Mountain Events and I have worked here for a while now. Throughout my time in the management training program, I’ve had great leaders along my side guiding me through the training and development process. Following, the job isn’t hard but it can become challenging if you’re not applying yourself, being coachable and set realistic goals for yourself. Above all, one will be held accountable for reaching those set goals.

I loved my journey at Red Mountian Events. The atmosphere and the way everyone treats each other are fantastic. They are like a family. They will look after you and help you. My experience with this company helped me grow. I highly recommend seeking employment at Red Mountain Events.

Sat through a presentation that felt like something from an MLM, and then was told the job I applied for “retail marketing associate” was just selling cable packages at Walmart and Sams Club. Kind of felt misled but it is what it is. Companies will make any job title sound fancy nowadays.
