Redfin is the worst company in the United States. Customer service phone number tells you they will call you back but they never will. Also when you send request to them they never fix the problems with your home marketing and they ignore all requests. They also will sabotage your home values if you complain to them in the email that you are not getting results from them.

Poor service. It is my intention to leave this review. No follow up. I was told that I was going to be sent a video tour of a home. I was not. I tried reaching the agent to no avail. The home is no longer available. What a waste of time!!!!😡
