This Agency is excellent. In terms of service, the personnel/ agents are real welcoming, real friendly, and real quick to assist. You walk in looking for a job, you walk out with a job. First impression are extremely big for me. As I was waiting in line, the receptionist was basically forcing the lady in front of me to leave them a review. The lady asked if it was mandatory and the lady didn’t necessarily say no but told her that she was receiving help from her so now it was her turn to help her. You can’t force people to leave you a review. She also didn’t have a friendly tone or facial expression. She told me that they weren’t taking applications any more till 11. The 11th? 11am? Only 11 applications? When I asked she was snobby and said well it’s past 11am and we are no longer taking applications. Please be clear and more professional if you want people to leave you nice reviews and don’t force them to leave you a review. It’s not mandatory!
