Jo, Amy and Rachel are professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, they listen to your needs and requirements. This in itself is vital as a placement that works for all parties makes everyone happy, saves unnecessary time and money, and can result in a permanent placement. Kelly was brilliant! She contacted me about a job and was not pushy, she made sure the job was suitable for what I was looking for. She went through the whole process with me and kept me informed on when the interview was going to take place. She had good knowledge about the company and as a client their expectations. Kelly rang me before the interview to see how I was feeling and if I was prepared (always nice to hear a friendly voice to calm your nerves). I called her afterwards to give her an update on how it went. This was my first interview after 7 years working for another firm and I got the job!
