Actuly this company main roal is take order from some big company with the help of relatives and friends ,after this they hire staff from this company and with manipullate staff taken all working style ,business ideas and method of work and after one day they kik out this staff from his company This is not a jok it is true, i face this 8 months and this 8 month i really not forgot inmy life…

I spent 5.8 years with Spectra family and honesty there is a lot of scope for an individual in terms of growth (especially if you’re in the HR or Finance or any other field). You might get to meet some really like-minded people with whom you can form great interpersonal relationships as well.
