I’ve worked with Bianca for about a year now and could not be happier. Incredibly responsive and has been insanely accommodating to my travel schedule and my needs. She took the time on the front end to get to understand how I operate and how I run my firm and what our culture is. We had some unexpectedly curveballs thrown at us with candidates that surprised and frustrated us both. But Bianca was steadfast, positive in her communication and was persistent. I’ve never engaged with a recruiter for my firm prior and confident that Bianca and the rest of the RNG team are amazing at what they do. Bianca was so great to work with and got me placed in a position that was perfect for me. She knew my employers well and matched us based on what we both were looking for in an employer/employee. She understood that matching people with other liked minded people is important for a successful working relationship. I fit in well with my new employer and she was absolutely instrumental with that by using her skills of being able to get to know people at a deeper level, not just what is on paper.
