Was contacted by Recruit IT because they had a job they thought might be interesting for me. The conversation flowed well until we had to talk about salary. The recruiter almost got mad because my starting point was too high. When I then asked about other conditions in the job that could make up for me having to take a pay cut, he was very offended that I had not read the job advertisement. I have not been aware of any job posting since Recruit IT had contacted me directly. I ended the conversation quickly after that, and would therefore advise against using Recruit IT.
