edit….. TERRIBLE SERVICE
they will drive right past your address…. drop your package in the next town… and will not tell you they did so.
….it is up to you to guess where your packag is.
…. some of the drivers have been able to work this out… but only 10% of the time.
how are these guys still in business?

I would not recommend using Ace Courier. They are incredibly difficult to deal with—items aren’t able to picked up when scheduled, and you often have to speak to multiple people just to arrange a simple pickup. The lack of reliability and poor communication has made this experience very frustrating.

If your looking for an adventure ship with these clowns. Had to call 4 depots to get the right info only to put the right info and be told it was all wrong. Intake clown puts what ever he wants down. Have to call in and have it all altered back to original info.
Wrote name wrong.
Website says there’s live tracking there’s nothing close to it.
Then end up waiting for hours because the delivery driver went straight passed the depot.. Depot owner says he might stop on his way back.
I have seen more organized preschoolers
