I have a very good opinion about this agency. There is always quick contact, willingness to help, solve problems if there are any. The nice coordinator, always smiling and friendly, wants the best for the employees.

Two stars for my payments being on time. Besides, the agency is one big misunderstanding. When signing the contract, you conduct the medical examination yourself. They promise more than you actually get. They like to make things difficult for people, e.g. with free time, and they are not in a hurry with documents. Transfer to work is a risk of losing your life, because the drivers go to the ship… they take shifts in the morning, in the afternoon, at night and on Saturdays as well. These people walk around like zombies. At the beginning, the coordinator tries to present himself as a laid-back guy, but in reality he is a very haughty person.

My partner and I have been working with this employment agency for almost 3 years now, and I definitely rate the agency 5 stars. During the whole time, nothing happened to us that I would have to evaluate negatively. Payment deadlines are always properly met and communication works without any problems. At RECRA Moravia s.r.o. there is a very pleasant and nice team of people working, who try to take care of the agency’s employees to their overall satisfaction.
