We had a fantastic time at The Rec Room in downtown Toronto! It’s an excellent spot for both food and entertainment, conveniently located right next to the CN Tower and the Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada. After a fun-filled visit to the aquarium, we walked over to The Rec Room and were not disappointed. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with plenty of space to relax, eat, and play. The food was delicious and served promptly—perfect for a casual meal with family or friends. What really stood out was the variety of entertainment options available. From classic arcade games to virtual reality experiences, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean, well-organized, and designed to create a fun experience for visitors of all ages. If you’re visiting downtown Toronto, I highly recommend stopping by The Rec Room. Whether you’re looking for great food, fun games, or just a unique way to unwind after sightseeing, it’s definitely worth a visit

I recently visited The Rec Room in downtown Toronto. It was quick and easy to get a seat, which was a pleasant surprise considering how busy the place was. However, there was quite a long wait just to get a drink, likely due to how packed the venue gets. The atmosphere is energetic and loud, definitely a lively environment if you’re looking for that kind of vibe. The patio was a highlight – really nice setup with a great view of the city. The food was a strong point. It came out quickly and tasted great. Everything we ordered was fresh and well-prepared, which made up for the wait at the bar. As for the gaming area, it was crowded but still enjoyable. It’s a fun way to pass the time, especially if you’re with a group. Overall: Good food, fun games, and a great patio. Just be prepared for the hustle and bustle during peak hours.

We’ve been to this place a handful of times. It’s a gorgeous space- a refurbished roundhouse. The arcade is great to keep the kids busy. I’ve always liked the food. I had the Salmon Bowl and tried a piece of pizza— both were good. If you’re going to the CN Tower and/or Aquarium it is a great spot for lunch.
