The Tetsell Team is the best! As friends, neighbors and in business, they are kind and down to earth – the kind of people you feel comfortable talking to and immediately feel you can trust. Jill did an outstanding job listing our home for sale. Dick and Jill had a complete packet of comps to help us pick a listing price, as well as service vendors for staging and photos – perfection! Jill spent a lot of time working with the agents of potential buyers to ensure we had a sale and it went through smoothly. We were able to sell our home after just 1 open house, thanks to Jill’s diligence and support. We sold our home for a price we were comfortable with and Jill was there guiding us through the inspection and closing processes the entire way. Dick and Jill are an outstanding team and I’d recommend them to anyone in Anthem looking to sell your home.
