Beware if you work for this agency. They mess up your pay often and then expect you to wait until the next pay period to fix it. The give you a hard time about using sick time. I am 40 years old and felt like I was being treated like a child working for these people. You get no benefits. Can’t work on a holiday because the place they assign you to is closed you’re out of money for that day because they won’t pay holiday pay. Once I was hired on full time by the company I was temping at Real Soft still continued to send me emails and called me. They knew I was working full time for the company they place me at. It got to the point I felt it was harassment. Very poor agency. Will NEVER work through this place again.

My experience with these guys has been, in a word, terrible. I’m a senior level Information Security professional and all these folks have sent me is entry level contract jobs outside my field. Even after telling them “Not interested. Please don’t send me jobs like this” I get the -same- job from the same recruiter.
Seriously unprofessional. Unresponsive. No OptOut or Unsubscribe links. Basically an outfit I wouldn’t accept a gig from even if I was willing to take a contract at 1/4 my expectation.

My experience was really good. I got recruited initially by someone I believe who may have been in India, but he was efficient and asked or verified basic info. Then someone on the US side contacted me.
I was assigned to a US multinational bank as an IAM Audit senior project manager. Their hourly rate was really good ($74/hour). The work and people were excellent. I’d work with them again. This was doing the start of Covid blowing up.
No complaints at all. I took an FTE role with another company but otherwise would have continued working with them.
