I went to these guys 3 or 4 times they said they’ll get back to me when they have something. They didn’t. Just call and say that you can’t fit us in. Instead of leaving us in wonder all the time. I deal with Sylvia she’s nothing but a bit**. Very unprofessional. I’ve never dealt with anyone else from here. I like the front desk lady. I wish that she was a recruiter. They should train their employees better here.

Try a different staffing agency. I applied for a plastic manufacturing job and they sent me to an interview with a foam company that was completely different from what I applied to. It made the whole interview with that company awkward and uncomfortable. So it was a total waste of my time. It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t heard back. RC staff is so unprofessional and not organized. I hope this saves at least one person’s time.

Horrible communication. Applied for particular job. Came in and filled out their paperwork, did drug test, supposedly they did a background test. Got a phony email from the supposed background check company. Was told they would contact the employer and get back to me when they speak with them. Haven’t
heard anything! Not even for a possible different job. Such a waste of time.
… Don’t waste your time with this place.
