These guys are incredible and super honest. They ended up losing money fixing my laptop and I really, really appreciate it. They had excellent communication all the way through and offered to ship my laptop across the country when I moved. I highly recommend this place because they WILL take care of you even if they need to lose money to do it. 🙏🏽

Jamie at Ray’s is fantastic! A tech from another company botched moving everything from my old laptop to new. Then a friend recommended Ray’s, and Jamie fixed all the issues. My new laptop looks perfect and runs great! He explained his process clearly and thoroughly and kept me informed. The price was very reasonable, too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for computer (PC or Mac) service. Strong recommend!

Great customer service by both Steve and Ray! The LCD screen went on my MacBook so I went to these guys to find a rebuilt laptop. I found an HP ProBook they refurbished and I’m quite pleased with so far! Great guys to work with and very fair prices!
