I was browsing online and found a position I knew would be a perfect fit for me. I applied and sent an email to Ashley. I received an out-of-office reply, but the following week, I followed up with another email. Ashley contacted me, scheduled an interview with herself, and shortly afterward, I received another call stating the company wanted to interview me. I took that interview about 48 hours later and was offered the position on the spot.
Ashley was fast and professional and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. I am grateful for the amazing opportunity and the professionalism and consistency Ashley Daugherty provided.

Professional amazing people!
But I don’t like lazy, dumb people using the race card to get treated special. You’re NOT special and stop using/ abusing the race card. If you have an appointment, respect the time, otherwise a more responsible, respectful, diligent, accountable, mature person would take it from you.
Stop intimidating/ harassing people forcing them to babysit you over your hurt feelings. Nobody actually cares about your skin color so grow up and build a bridge to get over yourself.

The experience I had with Randstad was OMAZING!! Ashley D was amazing throughout the whole process from hiring to the end of my assignment. She always kept me updated with changes and updates with my contract. I had a great opportunity to lead a team in one of Georgia’s healthcare system.
