After I had cleaned up my station and changed the water, she came up to me and said: “Can’t you see that the machine is running and running, you have to work quickly.” It was absolutely unacceptable when she had a production line in front of her. I don’t know if this leader is blind or what, but I didn’t have anything at the workplace, so I was waiting for the door handles to be cleaned. She kept coming at me with complaints. Besides, when she said that there are 9 machines and only 4 workers, it showed how much you lack people to work. But the way you treat your employees, it’s no wonder people don’t want to work here. After the way the leader treats the employees, I had the contract terminated and I thanked you, it shows how much you respect people. Afterwards, you thanked me for my work, showing how much you disrespect your employees and customers. Your approach to work and treatment of people is a disaster. Employees of the agency in Tychy should not work there, they should be fired for this approach. As for these text messages and phone calls, no one asked you to contact us. You just send messages, even though I don’t need your help, it’s a pity that you weren’t so willing to look for a job earlier when I applied at your employment agency. You’d better take care of your agency in Tychy and the leader Ania L., not me. What’s happening there is a real tragedy…
