My boyfriend was working here for almost a year and things were going good until this new guy got hired, Ray. Not even 2 weeks later they bumped him to second supervisor. Ray started picking on all the other workers trying to cause problems and make things hard for them. This started causing people who have been there for years to leave. Next thing you know he starts problems with my boyfriend. Pablo is a first shift supervisor, Pablo and Ray were in on getting rid of the workers who were already there. My boyfriend and Ray were both on forklifts and Ray backed into my boyfriend, immediately he started yelling at my boyfriend telling him that he was the one to hit him. Ray sent him home and didn’t let him come to work the next day either. Ray told him he had to go report it to the “manager”. When my boyfriend went to report it nobody had any idea what he was talking about. They gave him a number to call and told him to talk to them (number was for Jessica a boss/manager) As soon as we left my boyfriend got a call from Sandra (another boss/manager) and he tried to tell her what happened but Sandra didn’t care for his part of the story. She ended up telling my boyfriend he can’t go back to work because he “broke violations”, he asked what violations he broke and Sandra ignored his question and told him he can no longer go back to work then ended the call. By law they needed to give him his full check 48 hours from firing him and they didn’t. They had him wait till Friday when everybody else went in for their check. Friday came and we went to pick up his check, they cut his check in half so my boyfriend called Sandra and she said she couldn’t do anything about it at the moment and that she would get back to him Monday to see what she can do. Then my boyfriend called the other boss/manager Jessica and she declined his first 2 calls then on the 3rd call she answered and immediately she knew they were in the wrong. She read back his hours and come to find out someone took off his hours he did one of the days in the past week. On top of all this, someone (Won’t say who) who still works at the job site texted my boyfriend the day they fired him telling him that Ray had it planned out to get him fired. This job is so unprofessional and everyone has it out for you. DO NOT trust Ray, Pablo, Sandra, or Jessica.

Very good agency the people are very helpful and I like thar they take out checks to our job site so we don’t have to pick them up after work
