We needed a digitally-switched on accountancy firm that could handle our small, online business. Our previous accountants were paper-based and didn’t really grasp the challenges we faced. We shopped around and consulted with a dozen or so London-based firms before settling on Raedan. From the beginning they were completely transparent about costs and services. They didn’t try to oversell us on things we didn’t need, and they did everything digitally so we could easily keep track of our agreement, key forms, communications etc. This has saved us a huge amount of time and effort. Whenever we have a question we just drop them an email and get a clear, thoughtful response in a very quick turnaround time. Jonathan doesn’t speak to us in complicated accountancy terms, which we so appreciate. We feel like we’re in complete control and understand everything that’s happening with our finances now thanks to Raedan. We switched to Raedan back in March 2017 and our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner! Before we signed up, Jonathan met with us in person and answered all questions we had. After meeting with Jonathan we decided to go ahead and sign up. The transition from our previous accountants to Raeden was really smooth and all costs are clearly laid out and explained upfront. They are prompt at replying to any questions we have and are great at explaining things in a way which is easy for non-accountants to understand. Raeden are Xero certified advisors which is a great plus since we use Xero to store all our electronic records. Overall, it is a pleasure working with Raeden, and we genuinely feel all our accountancy needs are being handled well, so we can focus on our core business.

In Jan 2017, we switched from using a sage based system to working with Xero and Raedan’s. We have found that not only have we saved money, but we have greatly improved the efficiency in how we work. I recommend Raedan’s and Beth in particular. Great service.
