Average customer service at best.
I had a hard time explaining that I removed my HDDs prior to giving my laptops for checkup to protect my privacy, as they claimed it was necessary to put on a proper diagnosis, when in fact it wasn’t a system issue at all to begin with.
I was also BLAMED for a “rusty” RAM, when my request was to know why my laptop did non start. Idiosincratic, and unprofessional.
At least they refrained from charging me for it, hence the 2nd star
