Dropped to one star. Let’s talk staff. Andrea told me when I called on may 9th that they had plenty of work daily for their workers. The only jobs they have are adesa once a week and the airport with a three month waiting list. Then there’s Ryan, who will sit on his phone rather than attempting to find more contracts. The place closes at 11 a.m. so even if something comes in, no one knows. The voicemail box remains full because no one who “works” there wants to do their jobs. 3 years ago, hirequest was the best temp service in salt lake city. Now? You’re probably better off panhandling. Their rating is based on reviews from 3 or more years ago. Google really needs to give a more accurate picture of the place.

These guys used to be good at getting you some work. Ive had no issues at any of my assignments here. For some reason though the staff out right lies to circumvent sending myself and some other guys out. I was told I was being sent an email for my MVR so I could drive. Three times within an hour I was told they were sending it “as we spoke” (phone call). I went in a month or so later an Ryan proceeds to tell me that I gotta pay for the MVR an send it. Obviously not realizing what they told me over the phone previously. Oh and I should mention the fact I’ve drove for the company at this job more than a few times. It’s just weird a company would go to such lengths to circumvent sending us out when we want to and have done our other assignments satisfactorily.

Don’t work here unless you have a car most jobs they have require a car to get there. On top of staff being rude and disrespectful and they never show up on time. I am never returning to this staffing agency again
